Payment Terms and Billing
Subscription Fees

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any disputes. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
