General Refund Policy
At Oyifa, we strive to provide exceptional value through our IT procurement platform. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our service.
Important: No Refunds by Default
Oyifa operates on a no-refund policy by default. All subscription purchases are final. Refunds are issued only under exceptional circumstances at Oyifa's sole discretion.
Subscription Terms
- • All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- • No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period
- • Downgrading your plan takes effect at the next billing cycle
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered at Oyifa's sole discretion in the following situations:
- • Technical issues on our platform that prevent access to paid features for extended periods
- • Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
- • Account termination by Oyifa for platform violations (case-by-case basis)
- • Other extraordinary circumstances as determined by Oyifa management
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact us with the following information:
- 1. Your account email and subscription ID
- 2. Date of subscription purchase and amount paid
- 3. Detailed explanation of the issue or circumstance
- 4. Any supporting documentation or screenshots

Refund Processing
- • All refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days
- • You will receive an email with our decision and any next steps
- • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
